We had the BEST Christmas this year. We thought we were going to downscale this year, and try to save money, but we got out of control. I had the idea to get Colin plane tickets to Vegas, and Criss Angel tickets to his new show Believe. It worked out and I got it for him. He was speachless, and that is very rare for him. He loved it. I am so excited, we go on January 4th. And he got me couches! I am so spoiled, I have wanted the love sac couches forever and he got them for me. They are so cute. I love them so much. And we got a playstation 3 for the whole family. It is so cool. I didn't even care about blueray but I can tell a difference. The picture is amazing. So now we have a sweet set up everyone needs to come and watch a movie at our house. I took a bunch of cute pictures I will post. Brennan and Connor had so much fun and I am glad that we can spoil them. They are the best little dudes. I hope everyone had a good Christmas too!!!

We had our Bott family party this year at the Joseph Smith Memorial building. It was pretty yummy and fancy. I can't complain when it is a free steak dinner and crepes. We had a white elephant and I got the wierdest present. I gt one of my grandma's old records by Engelbert Humperdink. She just loved him. But Colin got the best of " Ernest." It was fun. Then we went downstairs to see the lights at the temple. I just love walking around Temple Square. It is just so peaceful and has such a good feeling around it. I am so excited for Christmas this year!! Yay 1 week left.

I am sooo excited. Today I passed my nail technichian practical test! I took my written test last week. I am so glad that I finally finished it. I have been getting ready, and started learning nails when I was pregnant with Brennan. I started slacking when he was born. But I finished all of my hours and finally buckled down and took my tests. I want to thank everyone that let me practice on them. You know who you are. Now, if anybody wants a manicure, pedicure, waxing, or sculptured nails call me!! I do them in my house and you can bring your kids. Do not hesitate, I love it. And I am not charging until I get my liscence. But that won't be for long!!!

Last week, the Mcpheeters family and us went to the Zoo. The Zoo lights is so fun! Even though the kids can't see very many aminals, they loved it. It was freezing though. I am so dumb. I forgot gloves for my kids. Poor things, I felt bad but they never complain. If you haven't gone, go it is a new zoo experience.

Brennan loves to shove items in his nose lately and this one was the worst! It was a broken peice of an xbox game. A few weeks ago Colin's mom was babysitting the kids and the day after he sneezed out a bone from the game Operation. I know that they played it with their grandma the night before. I have been pulling out cheerios, bread, toilet paper,out of his nose. Man, I don't know what to do with this kid.

Edward anyone??

Mackenzie and I went to Twilight opening night and LOVED it!! I actually was kind of nervous that Robert Pattinson wouldn't be able to pull off Edward, but HELLO! He did perfect. He looked amazing and I think that they casted the movie perfectly. We were laughing at the special effects though. I had so much fun. It is great to get out with just friends and no kids or husbands once in a while. But if you haven't seen this movie, and you are a girl, Go see it! And thanks for the pic Kenze!

It is my moms birthday today. Today she turns 59! You would never guess it if you saw her. She looks 49. Mom, You are the best mom and grandma ever. You have taught me everything I know, and have shown me how to be a good mom. You do so much for for me and my family. You are always helping everybody, and never take time for yourself. You are the best example, and such a fun grandma! I love you so much. Happy Birthday :)

Our cousin Stacey had her baby this weekend! I was so excited to finally be able to hold her. She is so small! I just love it. She is so adorable Brandon and Stacey! Congratulations we just love her :)

Today was our 5 year sealing anniversary! I can't believe it has been that long. That was such a special day for our family, I was so excited to be able to be sealed to my guys. Connor was so young, I can't stand it! He has gotten so big. He was only 2 years old whe we went to the temple, and he didn't enjoy it very much. He was so mad because they took him to a nursery in the temple, and apparently this old lady that worked in it was trying to make him do something he didn't want to, so when they brought him up to the sealing room he was so pissed! Then when we went into the sealing room, we had to hold his hands under ours during the whole sealing. Bad idea! He hated being held down more than anything. He cried the whole time. But, we loved it, and now have a funny memory to tell Connor. I am so lucky, I get to celebrate 2 anniversaries a year. I love you Colin! You are the best husband ever, and I am excited to spend eternity with you. (cheeseball I know, but I can't help it).

We had a great Haloween this year. I was so happy that we didn't get too cold trick or treating, but we did get rained on! I was the mom in charge of Connor's classroom party and I took some cute pictures of them(because I am on the yearbook commitee too). I had no idea how much work that kind of stuff is! I have been very busy the past few weeks. It turned out really good! Now that that October is over maybe I can take a little rest. Ya right!

Me, Mackenzie, and her fam went to Thriller last night. I was making dinner and she called me and asked me what I was doing an told me to hurry and drive over there because she had an extra ticket. So I ran out the door and made it in time. It was awesome! Thanks so much for thinking of me Kenze.

We went to Toole this weekend with Colin for work, and decided to take the kids to Salt lake on the way home. I feel so pathetic that I have never actually been to the lake! It was my boys first time too. It was such a nice warm day we let the kids put their feet in . Brennan actually fell in(of course) and Connor did too. That's what I get right? But on the way out we found at least 30 dead seagull babies in the sand all covered by salt. It was sad. I am glad that we did it. But the long walk back to the car Connor's pants were chaffing his legs so bad from the salt, he took them off and walked back in his undies. There was a little girl his age there and I asked him if he would be embaressed if she saw him in his underwear and he said " Mom, my legs are more important than girls!" It was so funny.

We had a fun activity at our ward last night. Everybody decorates the trunk of their car, and all of the little kids go around the parking lot and tick or treat at the cars. It was so fun! We made our Jeep a cemetery. It was very easy to come up with the props because Colin had a few extra headstones at work. Connor was so excited to finally get dressed up, and Brennan thought he was a scary skunk. He went around to everyone saying, RARR! It was so cute. We all ate hot chocolate and donuts, yumm! But I don't think we needed the extra candy at our house!

We threw a baby shower for Stacey this weekend, and it was so fun! She got lots of great stuff for her little bundle of joy. I am so excited for her! We played some fun games, and gave out prizes. Poor thing we even measured her. She was a way good sport all about it. She looks so good and only has 5 weeks left. We can't wait to have a new baby girl in our family soon!
