Our poor doggy!

Bella, our dog had surgery today. She tore her acl, and $2200 dollars later she is all better! I had no idea that dogs could do that, but I guess it is pretty common. The poor thing looks miserable. I have had knee surgery twice so I kinda know what she is going through. I took pics of her, and she really hates her cone. Lets hope that in 4-6 weeks she will be up and running again!

Hiking!

We decided to take the kids to Timpanogas caves, but I had no idea that there would be a 4 hour wait when we got there! So, we decided to go across the street and make our own hike. We went up a dried up river bed and had fun! Weston got us all walking sticks, (except for Brennan who would just hit Col in the head with it) and we found a cool little dam. We all got scared away when Colin started yelling Ouch! He was getting bit and stung by a wasp! And there were more of them chasing him. The scariest part was he had the baby in the backpack and was trying to run. So we all ran down the hill . But it was an adventure!

Photoshop fun

Colin is such a geek! We got photoshop and he likes to play around with it. Look at his pictures. They make me laugh. Connor wanted to become the Hulk. I am apparently a vampire. My eyebrows are very scary. The pics of him and his friends are my favorite. Things he does when he is bored!

Horses!

We were so excited that my dad finally brought the horses to the cabin this summer. The kids just love them! We got a new horse, and her name is Red Betty. She is very pretty. I took some pics of them, and the kids riding on Poncho. We love the cabin!

Early fireworks

Connor has been relentless about the fireworks this year. Every big white firework tent we drive by he yells "Stop!". The fourth of July is his favorite. I finally gave in today at Kmart and bought some snaps and sparklers. We had a little firework session in the garage. The boys loved it! Then we had a powdered donut break. Oh the fun of having kids!
